Foundation aim to ‘inspire and provide accessible philanthropy to build
healthy resilient communities and positive social change’. In
partnership with Swinburne University, MCF asked the Communication
Design Honours students to submit proposals on how to best rebrand the

existing areas of the organisation under a new name, ‘Community
Foundation Trustees’. The name change was also complemented by a new
mark, which was intended to convey the nurturing qualities of the
I also proposed that organisation focus on
developing a comprehensive digital strategy to achieve its aims. To
better convey this stance I developed a microsite to showcase the visual
outcomes of the branding strategy I developed in response to the brief.
The final project was one of four selected by Swinburne and MCF as the best response to the design brief.
