Typical medication information sheets provided to patients are not distilled into key messages and focus heavily on side effects. With this design, both the risks and benefits of various medications are highlighted in a way that is easy to follow. The design and content were evaluated through usability testing with patients, as well as expert feedback from third-party design, usability, and strategy professionals.

This project was featured in a poster presentation at the 2012 Canadian Diabetes Association (now Diabetes Canada)/Canadian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism Professional Conference & Annual Meetings.
