I love chicken nuggets. I am a picky eater so whenever I eat out at a new place, I always order whatever form of chicken nuggets are on the menu. Even though I do love them, there are so bad for you! For this cookbook assignment, I wanted to do an informational guide to fast food chicken nugget meals. This book catalogues eight fast food restaurants that serve chicken nugget meals. Each section gives information about pricing, ingredients, the calorie count of each food item, which is followed by a spread about healthy suggestions.
