This installation is comprised of large scale hieroglyphic-style intuitive drawings which line the corridor of the top floor of Building A in the historic Old Jerome High School in Jerome, Arizona. Jerome is well know "Ghost Town" located in the Verde Valley of Northern Arizona. It has a rich history from it's mining days of past to it's current day growing wine culture. 

In preparation for these works, the Artist repaired cracks and holes in the 16ft high old cement walls, then giving them coats of white paint to prepare them as fresh canvases for  7 installed artworks which  include Black and Blue images of trees, picket fences, crysalis, butterflies, a still life, large scale sketchbooks and abstract figures. There is a Black and Green tape "Corn Field" with 21 uniquely styled stalks of corn, laid out in a pattern with petaled flowers to balance the design.

The images are inspired by the artist's interests in Heaven, Rebirth and Eternity. The scale of the works invites the viewer to become a part of the scenery facilitating a surrealistic pull to be part of the artworks rather than merely viewing them. Strips of hand painted black tape hang down from pipes in the ceiling and are attached to the floor (as 3 dimentionally drawn lines) which gives a sense of being inside the installed drawings themselves.  Materials used include painters tape and black paint interior.

This installation is catagorized as an Art Installation and Grant funding is being sought to continue these works as an Emerging Art Form.
