"Marilyn" is a theater play by Spanish writer Fernando Zurro. The monologue is divided in 33 sequences, in which half of them required animation, textures or visual intervention.
The project production length was from about three months, from discussion, pre-production, animation, image composing, render and zone specification on set.
There were two projectors on set, one for the back projections and one for floor and actor projections. The projectors were controlled by two artists via Modul8, for timing and specific cues on the play.
Models were developed in Maya, experimental animation on Adobe Flash and visual effects in Adobe After Effects.
