My purpose with Manilla is to revive an all forgotten form of communication of writing a letter. Nothing matches the beautiful experience of the handwritten letter. To be on the receiving end is an unforgettable experience. To be on the creating end is an unique exercise in creativity and originality that cannot be found in an email or twitter update.
While my focus is clearly on the content of the letter, my goal with Manilla is to simplify the process of mailing. So much so that you don't even have time to blink before you send a letter. The archaic barriers set forth by traditional systems have ruined a beautiful experience and I am determined to bring it back.
