Malegaon, a small town outside of Mumbai, has in recent times created a revolution of sorts by creating its own alternate spoof movie industry, shooting their movies generally in less than 1000$, using neighbours, friends & family as cast/crew. 
 
 Everybody who's part of this process, hold alternate regular day jobs, as businessmen, plumbers, security guards, farmers etc.
