After the success of our video for the band Mishkin, having had showings on Scuzz TV among others and many dozens of thousands of YouTube hits, me and long-standing collaborator Ben Dauré have been commissioned to produce a video for Makina, a solo musical project by Cem Garip.
In exactly the same way as before, I will be drawing each scene in Photoshop and Ben will be animating the elements of the drawing in After Effects. This time, I've stepped away from my 'line-drawing' style and am challenging myself by using this "3D" style on a more epic scale then ever before.
It'll be an arduous odyssey (again) and I'll be uploading selected scenes as I draw them...
