Branding Machu Picchu was a personal challenge. My inspiration came from my visit to that landmark and all of its history and mistery.
The concept is very literal, and consist on the silhouette of a llama with its belly cut to the form of the iconic mountains on the site. The cut between the llama's head and body is intended to remind the Urubamba river, flowing in the valley. The blue color comes from the sky and the water, two elements intimately connected to Machu Picchu.
