Me and my friends loved this restaurant, and visited so often, so in 2010 i made a new brand and menu to Momotaro for my pleasure.
Basically the restaurant has a very untidy menu. I am sorry Momotaro, but it is the truth. So my main goal was to put it in order. I wanted a logical, well-functioning, well-comprehend menu, but on the other hand i didn't want to lose my playful spirit.
I think there are two important questions when you open a menu. What do i want to eat, and how much is it? Especially if you are a student... :) So finding your perfect meal is made up of three steps: "Hmm... (1) i still wish something sweet, (2) but i have only 500 Ft... (3) okay, my best choice is lychee salad!" I have imagined this like a path. I mean the "what" is a main road, the "how much" is a street, and the goal is what you will eat. Actually this is a dish-map.
