As part of an complete process, product and system review, it was realized that a new platform for managing and displaying the promotional products for MNP was required. 

 

After analysing how staff was ordering, searching and planning products for single use and campaigns, a new online webbased system was developed. Working with the promotional product supplier I sourced a new management and web ording system, designed the interface and worked with staff and the vendor to create the suporting content and policies. 

 

The new system now cleanly and effectily allows staff to locate, order, get the information they need about a product. It also allows for the supplier to track product quantites, useage, and generate meaningful metrics for MNP marketing.
