A quarterly event series (2007-11) showcasing audiovisual performance and interactive art at Eyebeam, New York. MIXER featured live performances by video artists, musicians, VJs and DJs, as well as innovative new interactive artwork by Eyebeam residents and international artists that require audience participation and encourage creative play. Each MIXER was organized around a theme – from a mythical New York underground to the World's Fair to the Olympics.

 

Featured performers included Sun Ra Arkestra, The Juan Maclean, Tim Sweeney, Tanlines, Dam-Funk, and Laurel Halo.
