  • MCHC Renderings
A business providing digital modeling, 3D architectural illustration, and design consultation.
  • MCHC Renderings began out of a shared passion for design and architecture with a fellow friend and student from Judson University. We enjoyed the creative outlet of 3D architectural visualization, and the process of working together in collaboration. Once graduating with our undergraduate degrees in architecture, we began providing services in 3D visualization and architectural rendering to clients in the western suburbs of Chicago. These projects represent commercial and residential client work completed during the summer of 2012.
  •  Q Center Learning Center
  • The Q Center is a large corporate conference center located in St. Charles, Illinois. Serving as the largest conference center in the midwest region, the center's campus incorporates a variety of buildings to provide executive learning, meeting, and training space for companies and corporations of many sizes. MCHC Renderings assisted in the conceptual design and visualization of a future remodeling project, aimed at converting an unused office building into a new learning center. The remodel provides new expanded meeting spaces, specialized technology classrooms, and a centralized cafe.
  • St. Charles Residence Remodel
  • A St. Charles family worked with a local architect to design and renovate the main living spaces of their ranch-style home. This re-design included a newly customized kitchen, dining room, and great room. The challenge of this project was to create an open floor plan, but define each space architecturally. MCHC Renderings helped visualize the project from the ground up, based upon the 2D plans provided by the architect. Throughout the process, we provided consultation in the project's overall interior design, including the kitchen layout, a newly defined dining room, a relocated stairwell, and material choices.
