Tamiya is a brand of toy from Japan. Its racecar series were really popular back in the mid 1990s in many parts of Asia. Since the assignment was to choose a favorite childhood toy that is nearly obsolete now and re-advertise it here in the United States, I decided on Tamiya because when I was little, I was once a proud owner of 3 of its race cars. So the idea is that boys love to tinker with machines, though it's rather dangerous for little kids to be tinkering with them. Tamiya. however, is made to be tinkered with/ Not only that, parents don't have to worry about their kids getting electrocuted or injured.
