Lucy - Introductory Animation
This video is a response to a university assignment we where required to produce a five second animation to introduce ourselves. I created a stop frame animation that used materials, and an aesthetic that i adopt when illustrating. It also conveys a sense of dreamy, uneasiness and played with themes of isolation. The medium i used to produce this work was oil paint on a glass surface which acted as a homemade light box, while the figure or person which resembles me is a paper cutout puppet.
