Poster design for "Love your body" day.
Many advertising, especially that which aggressively targets women, illustrates unreal and retouched models, distorting our perception of reality. So, it is not surprising most U.S. women are not satisfied with their appearance. The foundation "Love Your Body" seeks to fight this problem.
I designed this poster for the official day of celebration, October 20. I used young people as models with casual wear and bodies of all types, which are representative of reality, unlike slim and stereotypically "perfect" bodies.
