This was a drawing I did for a friend via a sort of chain post on Facebook. The object was to post an offer on your Facebook page to create a piece of art for the first 10 people to respond to the post. If you said you wanted something, you would agree to post the same offer to your Facebook page and let the message spread from there. This was my first piece. I've been experimenting with colored pencils lately so I chose colored pencil as the medium.

At a couple points I applied an OMS wash to fill up the paper grain and give it a richer base. I utilized a blending tool at various times, as well.
