These photographs were taken in Saariselkä, Lapland, Finland between the 12th and the 16th of January. It is officially Kaamos (Polar Night) until March. The sun rises about 12 o'clock and sets just two hours later. Some of the shots are taken on Iisakkipää, a mountain which it took an hour and a half to climb up to. Some of them are taken on Kaunispää and the rest on a snowmobile safari in the wilderness. Read Less
