Lock & Mane, a new e-tailer asked Freshthrills to help create and shape the young companys brand identity and online store. With so many options for consumers to choose from, Lock & Mane set out to establish themselves as a boutique, that specialized in just the best hair-care products available. They know this because theyre backed by a dermatology expert and whats more, they try and use every product they sell.
The 6 month long process began with the creative brief to ensure clear goals were set. Freshthrills initiated the project by creating mood boards and inviting the client into the process and getting early feedback. The brand identity was inspired by apothecary, which lent itself well to company name. That creative direction was then applied to business collateral and their website.
