The Listening Lab was a proof-of-concept project with Philips Healthcare to develop an online platform that listens to patient "chatter" online, synthesizes the conversational trends and presents this "intelligence" back to the practitioner community for learning, discussion and insight generation.
Conceptually, the Listening Lab is comprised of many layers of information flow, participation and management, creating a complex ecosystem of relationships and responsibilities. In order to communicate these complexities to the many and varied stakeholders invested in the Listening Lab's development, we created a poster-visualization that we could use to walk through the "big idea."
The poster details the central vision and framework of how the Listening Lab actually works to translate conversations happening all over the web into business, market and customer intelligence, focused on the ultimate goal of improving the delivery of patient care and inspiring people-focused innovation.
This visual aid was an ideal conversation-starter and an even better leave-behind for display in the client's offices, helping to communicate visually, strategically and tactically.
