This is my final project for Studio 1 in my first semester of photography school at Madison College. We were asked to "work to a theme" of anything we wanted. My choice was liquid macro because I really enjoy the singularities that are captured using these techniques. Some of the images are just food coloring over bubbles, but others are food coloring mixed into heavy cream and dropped into the water in random ways by hand. The container was lit by LEDs under and to each side, and sometimes the images are also lit from behind through ripstop nylon.
