From July–September 2013, I was lucky enough to be an intern at 3 fish in a tree in London. While there, I worked this website redesign for the prominent London architectural practice Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands. It was my job to create a design drawing on the best features of two previous designs that were pitched to the client, work them up in different page types, create an icon font, expand the designs across different devices & screen sizes, mark-up the layouts and liasise with the development team.
The aim was to make everything as intuitive an uncluttered as possible, and to let LDS's buildings do the talking. To this end, the site makes heavy use of images, keeping the text to a minimum. The site is also responsive and optimised for HiDPI displays, so it looks brilliantly sharp across all devices.
