A book is a three-dimensional object that works in time like a film. As you move from spread to spread— sequence and continuity are of the essence. Throughout designing this book, we needed to be keeping all the various parts in mind as parts of a greater whole.

I focused on creating my own illustrations and hand lettering for this project. My color palette was fresh and my target audience for this book was young women who enjoy crafting and cooking.
