The objective of this research was to observe and document public market and street vending typologies in Latin America from a landscape architecture and urbanism perspective. These efforts developed through textual, photographic, and drawn documentation. Practitioners, academics, public officials, and vendors themselves were interviewed as a part of the research efforts.
