Lakeside Associates needed an interactive digital package to promote a large complex in Korea that combined retail, corporate, and residential space. It was a marketing communications piece that had to appeal to both English and non-English speaking investors. It debuted at a large investor conference in Las Vegas and proved to be so popular, that all copies were distributed to interested investors on the first day of the 4-day conference.
