LIVING WITH HIV: The HIV/AIDS Awareness Workshop

  • LIVING WITH HIV
    The HIV/AIDS Awareness Workshop
  • Present in over 100 countries, AIESEC is the world's largest student-run organization that focuses on humanitarian project. I just finished an internship in AIESEC Ho Chi Minh City. During my internship, I was assigned as a creative director for a project called Living with HIV. This project mainly focused on providing workshop in regards to HIV/AIDS issue towards high school and university student. My job was to revamp the content and the visualization of the workshop. Here you can find some artworks containing knowledge of HIV/AIDS that I created for the workshop. My idea behind the artworks below is that I want to come up with visualization that is funny and interesting explanation for the students.
  • The "hockey" picture above is taken from the ad created by The Swiss Federal Office of Public Health and the Swiss AIds Federation's "Love Life Stop Aids". The picture is an analogy of unprotected sex.
  • I created this slide to respond the incorrect stigma in Vietnamese society. Most of men believe that using condom during sex will make them less manly. As the workshop's target audience is student, I believe that incorporating superheroes character into the message of the condom's importance will be effective for the male audience.
