This project involved in the creation of jackets that group into a single collection three different works: A Feast of Snakes by Harry Crews, Walk on the wild side by John Fante and Factotum by Charles Bukowski. The intention of this work is oriented on the importance of the identity for these three authors, and the large space that took their origins in their autofictional stories.
My approach therefore was to get inspired by the graphics characters contained in the states identity cards from where these writers were and make a reinterpretation of it, all coupled with photographs of Lee Friedlander.
