SYNOPSIS

Radke and Slade two elite assassins raised to work for Ninkyo Dantai, an empirical organization in the vast neon city of Tokyo, are about to uncover a dark secret they were not prepared for.

When sent to terminate one of their own, who went rogue, they uncover a clue that draws them to question their involvement and loyalty to the organization.

The duo become ensnared in a political conspiracy and find themselves pursued by both The Yakuza and the Japanese authorities who seem to be one and the same.
