"Krawll" a film by Matthew Wade
Here is the student film I made during my time at Vancouver Film School, where I studied Classical/2D Animation.
All of the main animation (corpse, water FX, fish movement, etc) was done on traditional paper and pencil. Additional FX and rendering of the animation sequences was done in Toon Boom Harmony (hand-held FX, gear movements, camera moves, etc).
All of the artwork, color, and actual animation was done by me.
I also suggest plugging in some top notch speakers or headphones, as the lush soundtrack was done by fellow VFS student and friend of mine, Jacob Kinch (http://www.jacobkinch.com) mostly from scratch via some wicked-clever folly.
Additional info the film can be found @ http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1653017
