Korigad Fort. Where the bulls come to die

Dying in the republic of Cowrashtra.

Hey you, the sinning human condemned to the drudgery of multiple lives. Let it be known that your life according to laws in most states is not worth even half the value of a cow and her male counterpart, the bull.

But the life of a cow sounds good on paper. And, the life of a cow is only a little worse than how we Indian men treat our women be it a kashmiri beauty or kanyakumari. The bulls fare a lot worse.
For instance, in Maharashtra, old bulls (wonder what happens to cows) are driven up or find their way up the forts built by the Marathas and Mughals to slowly wither away and die.
Most of the ones among us who claim to love the cows of cowrashtra only love them as long as they are economically useful. And a few to trouble others.
Give people a peace-loving religion and they will find a million ways to make it into a weapon to trouble other peace-loving ideas. We don't even spare cows.
