Knee Deep is an award-winning winery and restaurant in Wilyabrup, Margaret River. We were commissioned by the owners, Phil and Sue Childs, to help them improve their packaging and strengthen their positioning in the marketplace.
The research phase of the project included an audit of their existing packaging and marketing communications, plus a detailed analysis of competing brands in the Wilyabrup wine region. A comprehensive market research program was also implemented to gain insights into how the brand was currently perceived in the marketplace.
The research findings led to the development of a revised brand positioning strategy, as well as the objectives and creative brief for the redesign. Project scope included the refinement of their existing entry-evel, mid-tier, and limited release range packaging.
