An entry I did for the Foot Locker Art Prize Competition. Entrants created artworks based on sneaker line art provided by Foot Locker. I chose to illustrate Nike Air Force Ones as turn of the century bomber planes.

Most of the shoes were done in Photoshop. Elements were drawn using shape layers, which then had layer effects such as gradients, glows, bevels and drop shadows applied to them. This was so that the elements could be scaled up (the final print size was A1). Additional elements were drawn in both Illustrator and Flash. Read Less
