Early to Bed, Early to Rise 

(Rooster & Olly or Icky Waking Up…maybe one walking up the other)

This is about going to bed on time, and then waking at sunrise full of energy and happy.  It should start at sunrise with a rooster (a ‘cock’) crowing.  It might show a couple people waking up to start their daily routine.  If you want to do this at a farm, you might show a pig as the one who ‘lies late’, sleeping restlessly in a puddle of mud, snoring while those who wake up start with a warm breakfast, or heading out side to see their friends wave to them.  You can also choose to focus on the bee’s instead, showing them wake up and get to work collecting honey >>

 

 

 

Cock crows in the morn,

To tell us to rise,

And he who lies late

Will never be wise.

For early to bed,

And early to rise,

Is the way to be healthy
