KU BIODIESEL INITIATIVE
creating an identity
The KU Biodiesel Initiative is a grassroots, student-run operation whose goal is to power all KU buses, landscaping and maintenance equipment, and power generators on campus with renewable fuel produced from used cooking oil generated on campus.

The mark that was created stands for the three main components of the Initiative: sustainabilitiy, research and outreach. Originally part of a school project, the mark was later chosen overall to become the official identity for the Initiative.
