A multinational has asked CLEVER°FRANKE to design and develop a new, visually strong, up-to-date and fully automated dashboard. The new dashboard visualizes the various Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for each country in a clear and organized way, and in different levels of detail. The dashboard provides more support for KPI based management throughout the organization and creates more awareness about the performance among employees.
Within the main dashboard, the user is able navigate between different country specific dashboards. This makes it possible to have a complete overview of all countries, or the data of one specific brand. One can ‘zoom in’ to the most detailed level of an individual metric, and analyze this. The various data can be compared to a previous period, to data from other countries, to a target or the average of a period.
It is also possible to add short weekly reports. These reports give a description of the shown data, as well as the possibility of explaining specific fluctuations in the data. The dashboard has become an understandable and acceptable information source for a large group of employees within the company. The dashboard contributes to the awareness among management, as well as the various departments, about the organizations performance.
