Needless to say there're a lot of parts to this one all created by myself over the course of a month. In the end the system breaks down into three parts: XBOX only (green and white logo), PS3 only (blue and white logo) and info from the Subscriber Cup "Gods" (dark red and full-color logo). Players names always appear on the red "subscribe" buttons. Depth and shadows are added only in info and videos from the Subscriber Cup "Gods" individual systems stay flat with one color logos.
Even while coming up with the logo I knew that the entire project had to be one whole system that had its own language that was easy to follow across the various pieces. Once in place that language would allow for any additional assets that weren't originally considered to be created with a fair degree of ease.
The colors were not an original part of the system but developed from a second idea, a remix of assets already created, for the intro animation after the first didn't work. The first idea was a too dark and by using colors based off of each game system's branding some energy, and contrast, was added that had been missing.
