KEMstudio was an interdisciplinary design workshop consisting of students from Virginia Tech in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Industrial Design, and Interior Design. Groups consisted of a member from each discipline, and each group was tasked with designing a mobile performance venue for Quixotic--a performance group from Kansas City that is comprised of musicians, aerialists, dancers, composers, and designers (www.quixoticfusion.com). This performance venue was to be inspired by flash mob and guerilla performances. The following presentation was our response.
The following work was a collaboration of:
Oscar Salguero (Industrial Design)
Zack Saunders (Architecture)
Kala Letts (Interior Design)
Ben Turpin (Landscape Architecture)
