A one page graphic novel celebrating Johnny Walker's iconic Striding Man logo
I did this piece for Johnny Walker whisky a wee while back but I only got to see the final product recently. The comic tells the story of the inception of Johnny Walker's 'Striding Man' logo, the work of illustrator Tom Browne. The story goes that Browne drew the Striding Man on the back of a menu at his first meeting with Johnny Walker. Contagious Ltd used my comic was used as the inside cover for a commemorative book that accompanied a dinner to celebrate the Johnny Walker brand.
