Sesame Street flavoured 'Sweater Letters' and Letter C embroidery created for the Jim Henson tribute show 'The Lovers, The Dreamers, and Me' held at Nucleus Gallery (USA).

We took part in the tribute show alongside fellow Handsome Frank-er Helen Musselwhite and another aussie duo Cat Rabbit and Isobel Knowles. Bert & Ernie's iconic sweaters inspired our first piece whilst the Cookie Monster presented us with a great opportunity to try out a new stitch technique to create a more tactile furry embroidery.

Both pieces hand embroidered on cotton with cotton floss. Read Less
