- Jazeera Airways (portal design, online advertising & CRM)- Winner of a Bronze "Tourism and Travel" Pan Arab Web Award 2007- JAZEERA AIRWAYS, KUWAIT- Digital Strategy, UX, Concept, Creative Direction, Interface Design, Copywriting.In 2005 Jazeera Airways was launched in Kuwait, it was one of the Gulf's first budget airlines, a concept new to the region. In 2006 they launched a hub from Dubai. When we took on the account, the first step was to revamp the website with styling appropriate to the brands new "glossy low budget" guidelines. Also key to my work here was educating the client on the type of information that visitors of the site needed to see immediately on their first visit to increase the chances of making online transactions. The inclusion of current hot deals, offers from third parties and the all important homepage booking tool were all additions that helped to increase the usage of the website and in turn boosted sales. The site won a Bronze at the 2007 Pan Arab Web Awards.
