Documentary - Jan Hoffmeyer is an area built around the Brixton Tower.Jan Hoffmeyer is a notoriously poor area and has a large struggling white population linked directly to the effects of Apartheid job safety falling away when the ANC came into power.The people of Jan Hoffmeyer are plagued with huge problems such as alcohol and drug abuse, incest, rape and domestic abuse.These are portraits i shot of some of the residents in Jan Hoffmeyer on a Hasselblad on Velvia 100.
