What dinner guest has never been curious about what’s happening in the kitchen? Or which hostess hasn’t ended up frustrated about having to leave a conversation to check on the next course? Julienne is a new sensorial experience that enables guests to sense the evolution of the meal, showing through changing music and shifting ambient light the progression of the food‘s journey from simple ingredients to a delicious meal. This seamless technology based on sound sensors and transmitters/receivers allows people to experience the food before eating, smelling or seeing it. Moreover, the hostess can be aware of the progress of the cooking whilst listening to the melodies and sensing the diffusion of light that Julienne would provide. This gives her the opportunity to relax and enjoy quality time with her guests.
