BRIEF:
To create an animation that captures and highlights the brand culture of JSW Severfield Structures Limited
for a younger audience; to showcase the benefits of being part of the company along with the production process of steel (what they do), the projects undertaken across India, and the global connect that the JSSL brand has (UK partner Severfield Structures).
This video should serve as part of their recruitment process within and outside India.

OUR APPROACH:
We created a hand-drawn illustrative style on a blueprint, to resonate with techincal drawings made by engineers. This also helped to reflect the company processes and ethos as more approachable.
The animation tells the story of a young man and the various possibilities that he will have if he becomes
a part of the JSSL family, thus enticing young professionals and recent graduates to become a part of JSSL.
