Interview with Ben Didier

THE OPPORTUNITY
The project brief was to approach an industry professional, and to conduct an interview. I was lucky to interview Ben Didier, who does freelance, as well as in-house work. Ben has a passion for type, music, and tacos. His typography and lettering work is phenomenal, and a source of aspiration for me. I decided to take the opportunity to design a report using my own typography and lettering skills to emphasize the parts of the interview that was impactful.

The title of the report comes from Ben's answer to one of my questions: If you were stranded on an island, and you could only take two typefaces with you, which would you choose?

Here are samples of the typography and lettering work I designed based off quotes from the interview.
