6 fully illustrated book publications based on the food culture around
the world, I've chosen to focus on 6 areas of the world;
India, Italy, Japan, New York, Singapore and Sweden.
Besides the usual introduction into each country’s food culture and tradition, I have decided to approach my idea in another direction, which is through the use of chef interviews. I want to place emphasis on the different ideation and thinking of chefs around the world, thus affecting the way they look at food, the way they cook and how they are influenced by the food cultures of their individual countries. Short chunks of fun facts are also inserted along the way to make the publication more interesting and informative.
