My wife was a Marketing & Creative Services Manager for Hewlett-Packard. She went back to school
to become an interior designer. After working for two interior designer "Divas", she had had enough
of their egotistical antics. HP fostered an environment of collaboration and mutual respect.
This didn’t jell at all with the ego driven divas, so, she began working directly with developers and homeowners. I might add, with great success. Proving, you don't have to have an ego the size of Texas to be successful.
The collateral projects came about when she was making a presentation to a service organization.
These two pieces were produced over a weekend. Whew!
The majority of the photos were shot by me– another story for later. Plus, a few by a good friend,
Ted Kurihara of San Francisco.
What I've learned about the promotional side of this industry is: it’s all about the photos.
Yikes!
The pressure is on.
