The identity for all French Institutes worldwide has been renewed in summer 2011. The logo and the colors were already chosen by the French Government. And the German typeface DIN for the communication items!
I was asked to create a Visual Style for the French Institute in Amsterdam.
My basic idea is connection: a connection between French institutes worldwide, French speakers and French enthusiasts. This is translated into a few blue lines who touch each other and can wrap around image and text. My aim was to create a strong and recognizable identity, which can be easily used and implemented by the employees of the French Institute.
