- 'The Evolution of Writing' Infographic for Wacom JapanOriginal Title 'Naze Jinrui ha Egaki Tsudukete kita no ka? Chisei no Shinnka ga Wakaru Infogurafikku' - Release: 2012
- We started collecting and organizing materials from the history of writing: how did early human start writing, where an when:The challenge was to reduce details and keep the focus on the visual sequence - going through pencil sketches to illustrate concepts and devices poorly documented in the past.We decided to include facts not so well know like the very peculiar ' Telautograph': a machine invented by Elisha Gray to act as a writing-transfer device. Back in 1888, this machine could transmit basic designs and handwritings remotely through a line, basically acting like a 'Fax' machine driven by a pen.The infographic is built like a long 'history timeline' and ends into the japanese message "Pen de egaku to, soreha 'Nou no shinka' de aru" that means 'Our ability to draw is a reflection of the evolution of the Brain'.
