This project was to design and develop an interactive kiosk to be in the waiting area at the Indiana Medical History Museum. The purpose of the kiosk is to entertain the guests as they wait for a guide, while giving a preview of what is to come on their tour. To access a page, the viewer must first pull out one of the two blueprints, first or second floor, by touching a scroll located on either side of the screen. Then, by clicking on a labeled room the blueprint will roll back up and reveal an interesting fact regarding that area of the museum.
Adobe Flash was used to bring the design to life. The design and images are reflective of the historic museum and the simple navigation makes it easy for guests of all ages to interact with.
