This is a "world record" (14x11) illustration I created for the Worlds Largest Ice Cream Sundae. Weighing in at 24.91 tonns (54,915lb) and was made by Palm Dairies Ltd. in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on July 24th 1988.
This larger than life size salad (18x24) was created from a still life salad made up by me on a plate. The illustration was displayed at Seton Gallery in West Haven, CT. Along with winning a "Best in Show" award it was sold to a local top chef. Unfortunately, by the time I was done drawing the salad it was too wilted to eat my dinner.
